Reaching another milestone again!
BLACKPINK broke their own record anew amassing 2 billion views with their "Ddu-du Ddu-du" music video on Youtube.
YG Entertainment announced on Wednesday that it is the first girl group video to be ever recorded with such viewing achievement in K-pop history.

Released
in 2018, the song followed PSY's 2012 megahit Gangnam Style in the record which
currently has 4.6 billion views.
Another
music video "Shut Down" reached the milestone with 300m views hitting
the Hot 100 chart at No. 25 and stayed on it for six weeks after 109 days of
release. The song bannered their the group’s second studio album “Born
Pink" which topped the Billboard 200 and UK’s Official Chart, a historic
peat for a girl group in two decades.
In
2021, Blackpink's Lisa also released a dance practice video of the solo song
"Money" surpassing 100 million views as of counting on the platform.
Debuted
in 2016, the quartet is composed of members namely, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and
Lisa. They are set to return to Manila for their "Born Pink" World
Tour this year.
