TWICE has tremendous success over the last five years, shattering charts, earning a large national and international fan following and increasing sales for JYP Entertainment. Multiple variety shows and news outlets have referred to them as the "Nation's Girl Group" or "South Korea's National Girl Group" in just over a year because their songs have been so popular. TWICE has won the hearts of everyone in Korea and overseas, like the Philippines, with hits ranging from their debut tune "Like OOH-AHH" to their iconic anthems "Cheer Up" and "TT." Their current song, "Alcohol Free," has only cemented their position as Korea's top girl group. Their music videos even have smashed many records. TWICE has quickly risen to the top of K-pop's female groups in just over a year, and they don't appear to be slowing down at this point.
Recently, TWICE's new album, Taste of Love, debuted at number six on the Billboard 200 chart on June 11. This is also the first mini-album in history by a female K-pop artist to chart in the top ten.
Congratulations, queens! 💕💓
