It was an intense drama that will play with your mind over and over again. You will keep thinking and never dare to blink because you'll definitely miss a lot. There are too many characters to remember and there's too much going on. You won't even have time to look for a plot hole.

As mentioned in my previous blog, I had a hunch that Jung Ba Reum is the psychopath killer. He has those devilish eyes shown in the earlier previews of the show. Though I forgot it when it turned out differently, after watching the spin-off episodes of "Mouse: The Predator," I confirmed all my hunches. By the way, I think it's really important to watch the spin-off episodes.

I was wondering about his absences in the scenes during the abduction of Kim Han Kook. I even thought, maybe he's a second lead? But nope. I confirmed those hunches after watching the spin-off.

The drama was amazing. I, myself, was not a fan of the thriller genre but because of Mouse, my curiosity grew bigger.

Mouse will make you feel so confused with everything but it does make sense so you will always end up watching everything even it hurts your brain.

It won't make you question things because your mind will be busy thinking about how and why things happen, I wasn't able to find plot holes, too. That's how good it was.

The ending was quite unexpected. Who would've thought of that? Only genius writers I guess. So far, this is one of the best endings I ever watched in my entire fangirling life.

It's a bittersweet ending and surprisingly, it didn't end just for the sake of ending the drama. I felt that I can rest my heart and mind, with no questions left behind.

I love how Lee Seung Gi has been consistent all throughout the drama. He is indeed a great actor. I wept so much even he isn't weeping. I felt the pain in his eyes and made me feel sorry for him. I know he betrayed all of us but he sends me a painful emotion that makes me pity him.

I feel so bad for Sung Yo Han, too. He is innocent from start to finish but people, including me, were so quick to judge.

Spoiler alert.

Everyone in Jung Ba Reum's family is evil in their own way. His dad, which is the head hunter, took so many innocent lives. His mother might seem nice, but I realized that she wasn't. How can she swap the babies and make Sung Yo Han's life miserable? Imagine being bullied ever since he was young because he is "allegedly" a son of a psychopath killer. They actually deserved everything in the end.

While Jung Ba Reum was stabbing the head hunter to death in his prison cell, I felt the sadness and wrath at the same time. How is that even possible?

In the end, we also cannot get mad so much at Jung Ba Reum as he was only a victim as I can see it. They became lab mouses that the government experimented with just to pass a bill to kill every fetus that has a psychopath gene. It was really mean but who knows? It might be happening in reality.

My Verdict
This might be similar to the Flower of Evil, but I think this is a little bit better than that. The audience will feel a lot of emotions and will learn a lot. I definitely recommend this. It's worth everyone's time.
